WHAT IS AN MDF MDF is the acronym for Main Distribution Frame This is a quick video of an MDF Jumpering job I had in Sydney today. We get asked all the time what is an MDF and why don’t’ Telstra do the connection all the way to the socket? As shown in this video where I point to what is called the Lead-in cable, this cable is running straight out to the street and will connect into a C.A.N or a Telstra joint. So, at the end of this cable at the MDF is where Telstra’s responsibility end, as that is the end point of their Network. As you can see the other yellow cables that are connected to the MDF, these cables will run from the MDF and terminate at the customers socket inside their unit. Now this is a very small MDF and this is just for a handful of units, these MDF’s can be huge with m...
Just went inside the Ezymart store on the corner of Liverpool and Pitt street in Sydney and while I was inside there I was texting messages on my phone until the employee asked me to leave saying that I was blocking the door. He even promised to call the police if I'm not leaving. Just totally surprised by his approach. Actually even shocked. But I decided to go back in again with the camera. And asked him to say it to the camera why people cannot stay inside the store. And that's all on the clip what happened after.

Keen to see what the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus line was like in Sydney, Australia, on Friday 22 September at Apple's flagship Australian Apple Store in Sydney's CBD on the corner of George and King St. The line was shorter than last year, but Apple wasn't launching the iPhone X last year a few weeks later, as it is doing this year. Trying to stay on-topic when the subject is so vast and so interesting was not easy, hence the rather long video. I didn't mean to say quite so much about what an utter £$%&*! Napoleon was, but he was so thoroughly vile that it proved impossible not to include some details about the man who won his promotion in the army by mowing down civilian protesters in the streets of Paris with grapeshot from his artillery batteries. This video shows the queue at the Sydney CBD Apple Store on the corner of King and George St in Australia. I start at approx 7.37am showing where the queue started (at that time). Once I get to the front of the doors where the other media is located, I stopped recording. I added under a minute showing you what the environment look like at that moment. Then there's a 10 or so minute section which is the count down to the 8am opening - you can see and hear the Apple Store staff cheering, and the first people going in - watch from the 10 minute mark to catch the last 30 seconds or so before the store doors open. Then next bit of video shows the first customers getting ready to triumphantly exit the store with their new matte black iPhone 7 purchases - this happens from approx 17 minutes...
Employers have often complained that 457 sponsorship obligations are too onerous and that they seek greater flexibility when employing foreign workers. The obligations as enforced by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) may interfere with the normal operations of the business. The government has looked into streamlining the 457 program and robust new changes have been suggested in late 2014. Should these changes be implemented we would see a variation in the length of the standard business sponsorship, a complete training overhaul, fast tracking of applications coupled with the abolishing and replacing of the current labour market testing requirements.
